Meeting delegates' students, lab technicians, colleagues, co-authors, exhibitor personnel, dental product company employees, sponsors, etc., do not qualify as guests and are required to pay the appropriate registration fee if they wish to attend.

Cancellations and Substitutions
All registration cancellation or substitution requests must be sent to Henry Schein One in writing by March 15, 2027 to [email protected]. Cancellation or substitution requests received after the March 15, 2027 deadline date are not eligible for a refund or credit. No refunds or credit will be given to no show registrants. Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card only.
