*Students must provide proof of student ID onsite at conference check-in.**Guests are defined as persons accompanying meeting delegates who are non-employees of the delegates' organization, non-dentists, non-researchers, or non-axiUm clients who may be traveling with a meeting delegate and who have no professional, scientific or educational interest in the Summit meeting. Meeting delegates' students, lab technicians, colleagues, co-authors, exhibitor personnel, dental product company employees, sponsors, etc., do not qualify as guests and are required to pay the appropriate registration fee if they wish to attend.
A note to Canadian clients: to pay in Canadian dollars, please register and select "manual payment" as your payment method. Please also send an email to [email protected] to arrange payment.

Cancellations and Substitutions
All registration cancellation or substitution requests must be sent to Henry Schein One | Exan in writing by May 1, 2024 to [email protected]. Cancellation or substitution requests received after the May 1, 2024 deadline date are not eligible for a refund or credit. No refunds or credit will be given to “no show” registrants.
Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card only.
